This study aims to prove the influence of early childhood smartphone addiction on emotional development. The subjects of this study were parents who have children aged 4-6 years. Primary data is taken through distributing questionnaires to parents of children through a google form questionnaire.This study uses a correlational quantitative research design. The results showed that children's emotional development was influenced by the level of early childhood smartphone use. This research has implications for parents' understanding of children's behavior in using smartphones. The hope is that parents do not underestimate the use of children's smartphones so that children's emotional development can be more positive.
